Our Services

Hank (Skein) Dyeing

Hank dyeing is our primary service, covering a wide range of yarn types from fine embroidery and knitting yarn to carpet and rug yarn. It brings together traditional craftsmanship and precise laboratory control to ensure consistent colour and quality.

We carefully load each dye machine to allow optimal dye penetration, preserving the softness and integrity of the yarn while achieving uniform shades.

From start to finish, the hanks are closely monitored to ensure the highest industry standards.

Critical Lab Colour Matching

Our Critical Lab Colour Matching service plays a key role in delivering precise dyeing, ensuring every shade has a carefully developed and approved recipe before it reaches production.

Using modern technology, we replicate or create shades with exceptional accuracy. Every shade is tested under controlled conditions to ensure consistency, colour fastness and production-ready reliability.

When uncompromising colour integrity is required, our lab delivers results you can trust - first time, every time.

Package Dyeing

Our Package Dyeing involves winding yarn onto perforated packages which allows dye to penetrate evenly through the material for consistent and level shades.

Compared to hank dyeing, the system uses less water and energy.

Again, we maintain close control throughout the process, with each batch assessed to ensure the yarn quality is preserved and the colour remains unchanged.

Fibre (Stock) Dyeing

Our Fibre Dye process ensures that every strand of fibre absorbs dye evenly for rich, consistent tones.

It is ideal for producing larger coloured batches that remains consistent through to the finished yarn.

The process allows the fibres to stay soft, strong, and ready for spinning.
